Immediate Care:

Rinse Immediately: Rinse with cool, fresh water immediately after every use to remove damaging chlorine, salt, sunscreen, and body oils. Do not leave the wet item balled up or in a towel.

Washing (30∘C):

Method: Hand washing is strongly recommended to preserve elasticity and shape.

Soak in cool/lukewarm water (30∘C max) for 15-30 minutes. Gently swish and rinse thoroughly.

Machine Wash (If needed): Use a mesh laundry bag, a Delicate or Gentle cycle, and Cold water (max 30∘C). Use the lowest or no spin cycle.

Detergent: Use a mild, liquid detergent.

Additives: NEVER use fabric softener (it breaks down synthetic fibers/elasticity) or bleach.

Drying:

Air Dry ONLY. NEVER tumble dry. Heat destroys the spandex/lycra fibers, causing the item to lose its shape.

Excess Water: Gently squeeze out water—do not wring or twist. You can roll the item in a clean towel to blot out moisture.

Hanging: Lay the item flat on a towel/rack or hang to dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, which can cause colors to fade.

General:

Stains: Pre-treat sunscreen stains with a dab of mild detergent before washing.

Avoid: Do not wear your favorite swimwear in hot tubs, as extreme heat and chemicals cause rapid deterioration.

Ironing: Do NOT iron. High heat will damage or melt the synthetic fibers.
